REXROTH
The Bosch modular profile system comprises of flexible components
for universal use in frames, fixtures, worktables, safety devices,
protective guarding, and special purpose machinery.
The Bosch Rexroth system is the
leading contender for constructions requiring high standards of
durability and aesthetic appeal.
Once supplied, the construction is easily modified
on-site and thus able to cope with the user’s changing needs
over time.
With over 90 strut profiles and a diverse range of
connections and accessories, Bosch Rexroth offers the broadest range
to meet every demand. All profiles are anodised aluminium for a
hard wearing and aesthetic finish. The connecting slots can be quickly
filled with snap in plastic or aluminium cover sections. With the
use of quick fit connectors, a minimum of tooling is required for
on site assembly.
Your profile project can be supplied by Marline either
fully assembled, or as a flat pack kit, with components sawn off
smooth, flat, finished with drilled or threaded holes for you to
assemble. If you would prefer to carry out the end finishing yourself
we can supply the raw material, drilling equipment and tools you
require.
Due its modular construction, quick coupling joints
and pre-finished surfaces, the use of Rexroth profiles is only limited
by the imagination of the designer. With AutoCAD and Bosch Rexroth’s
3D-Design software we can design and manufacture to your exact specifications.
In our fully equipped workshops, we can manage any
project from small frames to complete motor-driven Cartesian axis
systems. With our in house machining, fabrication and painting facilities
we have the technical expertise to manufacture or modify, non standard
components, should you require.
We pride ourselves on our ability to respond to the
needs of industry and can offer a quick turn-around with the manufacture
of any aluminium framework project.
Whatever your project, large or small we would welcome
the opportunity to assist you, with the most economic component
selection, design, planning and execution.
